The Maiora 36 Exuma is renewed with a design language that blends harmonious lines, refined materials and outstanding performance: an invitation to rediscover time and space, in harmony with light and the sea.

Viareggio, October 14 2025 – Maiora, a brand of Next Yacht Group that for over 50 years has embodied style, freedom and vision in living the sea, presents the 36 Exuma, a yacht that evolves the shipyard’s tradition by combining elegance, comfort, performance and generous volumes, standing out within its category.
The 36 Exuma is conceived as a space to be lived, not just navigated: clean lines, premium materials and seamless continuity between interior and exterior define a coherent and functional layout. Enveloping curves shape an architecture designed to connect with those who experience the sea, offering a unique sense of harmony and authenticity.
With a length of 36.90 m and a beam of 7.90 m, the yacht is spread across four decks and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests: the owner’s suite is located on the main deck, while four guest cabins — including a superior second master and a VIP — are positioned on the lower deck with sea views. The crew quarters include three cabins for up to five people.
The exterior lines of the 36 Exuma bear the signature of the renowned studio Quartostile, while the interior design was developed by the architecture firm Acube Design, resulting in a reinterpretation of lightness expressed in a fresh, distinctive language.
“With the Maiora 36 Exuma, we confirm the ongoing growth and consolidation of the Maiora range, strengthening our vision of yachting as the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and innovation, supported by design and construction excellence recognized worldwide. Customization, the use of fine materials, and meticulous attention to detail are distinctive features that make each yacht truly unique. The 36 Exuma fully embodies this philosophy, combining outstanding performance with exceptional onboard livability, a perfect balance of design, technology, and Italian style.” enhances Giorgio Mattei, Deputy Chairman, Next Yacht Group
The 36 Exuma delivers uncommon agility, with a maximum speed of 33 knots, while ensuring impeccable cruising comfort with excellent levels of silence and absence of vibration. It expresses a strong and authoritative character through which Maiora carries forward its vision of a renewed contemporary yachting culture.
EXTERIOR LINES
The 36 Exuma, the result of a collaboration between Maiora and Quartostile, features an iconic and sophisticated design that combines dynamism, formal purity, and advanced functionality.
The project stems from a dual objective: on one hand, aligning the aesthetic with the shipyard’s new direction, delivering linearity, dynamic tension, and a strong visual presence that give the yacht an imposing character; on the other, increasing onboard livability and comfort by introducing solutions such as the full-beam bow and a stern redesigned as a true point of contact with the sea.
The exterior design is therefore not a mere stylistic exercise, but the outcome of research aimed at optimizing every available cubic centimeter within the 300 GT limit. The profile develops horizontally, with a gradual increase in volume towards the bow, now supported by a full-beam superstructure that emphasizes the yacht’s solidity and grandeur. The sharp bow, defined by a vertical blade-like shape, conveys tension and performance that taper along the hull towards the stern, achieving a balance and a new, yet reassuring, harmony of lines.
Large windows, the horizontal development, and the seamless visual continuity between interiors and exteriors create a formal language that amplifies the onboard experience, fostering direct and constant connection with the surrounding environment.
The result is a distinctive profile with strong character, capable of expressing externally the yacht’s high performance—both in terms of onboard comfort and navigation—while also welcoming guests with lightness and spatial continuity. Innovation goes beyond proportions: functional details become true protagonists of the experience. The integrated chaise longues at the aft ends dissolve the boundaries between living space and the sea, while the bow net—evoking sailing inspirations—not only offers an original relaxation area but also enhances the flow of natural light into the owner’s suite.
The new Exuma represents the synthesis of a formal and functional approach that stands out without fear of comparison. Majesty, dynamism, and livability intertwine in a balance that makes this yacht not just a design object, but a living experience in constant dialogue with the sea.
INTERIORS
The interiors of the 36 Exuma, developed by Acube Design in collaboration with the Shipyard’s Centro Stile, stand out for a contemporary language that blends design coherence with material sensitivity.
Soft curves and fluid transitions guide both the eye and movement, while fine materials and a natural palette in warm, neutral tones create an enveloping, timeless atmosphere. High-quality leathers are paired with natural fabrics and wood surfaces, which dominate the ceilings and the parquet flooring, visually connecting the various areas. The use of marble adds a touch of understated and refined elegance.
The design aims for a constant balance between aesthetics and functionality, offering fluid, harmonious spaces that can be easily customized according to the owner’s needs, without ever compromising the model’s unique identity.
Special attention has also been given to the wheelhouse, reinterpreted with a futuristic approach as a technologically advanced command center: an ergonomic and scenographic environment designed to ensure maximum visibility and control in every phase of navigation.
MAIN DECK
The main deck opens with a spacious aft beach area, furnished with comfortable sofas to fully enjoy direct contact with the sea.
This space, conceived as an island dedicated to conviviality and relaxation, is enhanced by a large sunpad framed laterally with teak cladding that elevates its elegance and visually transforms it into a grand chaise longue. The section above the sunpad is finished with a striking curved teak feature that emphasizes the continuity between the beach area, cockpit, and salon—one of the hallmarks of Maiora design.
A double staircase leads to the raised aft cockpit, which, in addition to providing greater functionality to the garage below, creates a social area that can be customized in its furnishings according to the owner’s taste.
Inside, the main deck welcomes guests with a bright, expansive salon, defined by fluid, continuous spaces thanks to the flush-deck configuration, which removes level differences and ensures better accessibility for everyone. The layout includes a generous living area and a completely redesigned lounge bar with soft, elegant lines, perfectly integrated into the yacht’s architecture. A signature feature of the Exuma line is the fully retractable automatic infinity door, which offers a visual passage across the entire yacht—from bow to stern—amplifying the sense of openness and lightness.
Full-height side windows extending to the beam maximize natural brightness and create a direct connection between the interior and the seascape.
Along the central corridor are the vertical connections between decks and the passages toward the service areas, consisting of galley and pantry, carefully separated from the guest pathway. On the port side, a technical corridor allows the crew to move efficiently and discreetly, guaranteeing privacy and comfort for guests.
At the bow is the full-beam owner’s suite, designed as an elegant night area with private study and a spacious bathroom. Its forward position provides 270° visibility, offering the owner uninterrupted views of the horizon.
LOWER DECK
The lower deck is dedicated to guests and crew, designed to ensure comfort, functionality, and maximum efficiency for everyone.
The guest cabins, spacious and filled with natural light, include two VIP suites and are conceived to offer a refined and comfortable stay, enhanced by large windows that flood the spaces with daylight and provide continuous views of the sea.
Special attention has been given to the layout of the two garages, strategically positioned to minimize noise transmission from the engine room to the guest areas. The transversal garage, spanning beam to beam, can accommodate a tender up to 6.25 meters. The aft garage comfortably houses water toys and a jet ski with a crane.
The crew area is another key strength, enhanced by the vertical bow, which makes it possible to use even the most forward sections of the hull. This area includes three cabins for up to five crew members, with separate circulation paths and optimized technical spaces to support efficient onboard operations. The crew quarters also feature a large dinette with table, a relaxation sofa with TV, a monitoring system, and functional work surfaces, offering a true sense of comfort and practicality.
UPPER DECK
The heart of life on board is centered on the upper deck, a space that blends design and functionality. The main feature is the “al fresco” salon, equipped with aft doors with an Infinity Door system and large fully retractable side windows, transforming the area into a terrace overlooking the sea.
The complete opening of the space, which extends all the way forward, offers a 360° view, immersing guests in light and sea breeze or, alternatively, it can be enclosed as a protected, climate-controlled environment depending on weather conditions and the owner’s preferences.
The helm station is also located on this deck, designed down to the smallest detail to ensure maximum visibility and optimal control during every phase of navigation.
The forward area hosts a partially recessed panoramic pool, framed by a generous sunbathing area that invites relaxation and social interaction. To complete the sensory experience, a suspended net has been added at the very bow: an evocative spot where one can lie back and be gently rocked by the movement of the water, suspended between sky and sea.
The upper deck has been conceived as an intimate yet striking environment, versatile and free of functional interference, ideal for being fully lived at any time of day.
SUN DECK – NEST
The uppermost deck has been redesigned with an additional open-air area—intimate and secluded—conceived as a nest. A space dedicated to absolute relaxation, with an open view of the horizon, created for those who seek silence, privacy, and direct contact with nature.
The Maiora 36 Exuma stands out for its use of a triple waterjet propulsion system, which allows the yacht to glide effortlessly across the water, reaching a top speed of 33 knots with absolute comfort and no vibrations. In addition to delivering power and quietness, the system represents a technological choice that brings a new dimension of wellbeing on board.
Weighing just 180 tons—exceptionally light for its category, the 36 Exuma confirms its performance-driven nature without sacrificing stability or safety. This is further enhanced by a shallow draft of only 1.45 meters, opening new routes toward shallow seabeds and untouched coastlines, from Mediterranean bays to the crystal-clear waters of the Exumas.
A perfect balance of technology, performance and comfort, the 36 Exuma is an invitation to rediscover time and space, embracing the sea in harmony with the beauty that surrounds it.
